Classes will take place during the first day with a time of 8 hours of face-to-face. Time: Saturday or Sunday

2. Class Processed Product Development
In this class are taught how to process the processed products that use raw materials tempe, given menu has economic value and favored by consumers so that they can be developed as a menu to run the culinary business. Classes will be held for one day with a face-to-face for 4-6 hours.
Trainer: Culinary Practitioners
Time: Saturday or Sunday

OPENING OF CLASS
For hygienic soybean production training, classes will begin if the participant has reached 5 person / group and for the processed product development grade class will begin when the number of participants has reached 10 person / group
