This was showed in a seminar Imaging and Development of Soy-Based Local Product on Tuesday in the Hall of Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) . Seminar organized by the Faculty of Chemistry Studies of Science and Mathematics and the Tempe Study Center of UKSW, in collaboration with the Indonesia Tempe Forum and Kopti ( local entrepreneur) Handayani of Salatiga.
As a single seminar speaker is Prof.. Made Astawan, professor of Food Science and Technology Department, Bogor Agricultural University who is also Vice Chairman of the Forum Tempe Indonesia Center.
